- Monitor your internet connection and website/email availability
Silver :: Monitoring, Performance and ‘Patching’
All of the items in Bronze
PLUS
- Monitor for performance issues to ensure peak efficiency is maintained
- Monitoring and management of Microsoft patches, security updates & service packs
- Best effort next day response time
Gold :: Monitoring, Performance, ‘Patching’ and Maintenance
All of the items in Bronze and Silver
PLUS
- Monthly maintenance and tuning of all systems
- Guaranteed same day response and up to 1 hour for critical issues
Platinum :: Monitoring, Performance, ‘Patching’, Maintenance and Support
All of the items in Bronze, Silver and Gold
PLUS
- Helpdesk and support (remote and on-site) included
- We proactively address all issues as they arise or when you request them

The alerts that are generated will not be acted upon without client approval
All helpdesk and support (remote and on-site) will be charged separately per incident
